Lynsey's favourite recipe
"Chicken stroganoff with cauliflower rice. I make this recipe in a slow cooker so it’s super easy to prepare. Instead of using double cream and milk, I add vegetable stock and spices to bring out the flavours. I then just serve it over cauliflower rice which is a healthier alternative to normal rice."
If you like the sound of Lynsey’s favourite chicken recipe, why not try this casserole from Eat Better Feel Better? It’s ready in 1 hour and only costs £5 for a family of four: https://www.eatbetterfeelbetter.co.uk/recipe/chicken-casserole-rice.
Lynsey's top tips
"Use almond flour and beetroot instead of chocolate to make brownies – the kids will love it and they won’t even know it’s not chocolate."
