If you have enquiries about your Baby Box, call APS on 0800 030 8003 or email scotlandsbabybox@theapsgroup.com quoting the registration card given to you when you registered for you Baby Box. See here for common Baby Box delivery questions.
To order your Baby Box, speak to your midwife. Your midwife will order you a Baby Box at your 20-24 week check-up.

Getting to grips with benefits can feel overwhelming, so if all this seems too much, you can contact the Money Talk Team. They can help you find out:
- what benefits and financial support you may be entitled to
- how you can manage debit
- how you can save money on your outgoings.
There are lots of ways to contact the Money Talk Team. You can:

- call 0800 028 1456 to arrange an appointment
- chat to their virtual assistant.
The appointment with your adviser can be over the phone or in person. Other channels may also be available, like video conferencing, email or webchat.
